The clients brief was for a contemporary dwelling with unique design features that would be exclusive to the context of their site.
Design Concept
The house is at the rear of a 5-house development that has 4 other dwelling serviced sites. The client has to be congratulated for helping to develop the core of the village. The concept for the design came from the idea of connecting. The contemporary link between the living and bedroom accommodation was the at the forefront of the concept.
